How Vet Collection Works
1. Call us, or ask your vet to. Either works. You can phone us directly, or your vet can contact us on your behalf.
2. We arrange collection from the practice. We agree a collection time with the practice and keep you informed.
3. Your pet is transported with care to our cremation facility in Penketh, Warrington.
4. You choose the cremation service. We explain your options clearly, with no pressure.
5. Ashes are returned to you if you choose individual cremation, in a scatter tube, urn or casket
Can I Choose Gentle Paws If My Vet Uses Another Crematorium?
Yes. The choice of who cremates your pet is yours. Even if your vet normally works with another crematorium, you can ask them to release your pet to Gentle Paws. Simply tell the practice you'd like to use us and give them our number, 07717 063621. We'll take it from there.
